Some people said to me “This stair is very hard for me, I need more concentration while climbing these stairs”. The average walking distance of a person is 60 to 75 cm per step, It depends upon many factors like the height of the person, gender of the person, the slope of the ground, etc. But for an average person, this is the measurement a person automatically covers in a step without any stress.
In the case of a stair slope also should be considered and you need more stress to uplift the body from one level to another level, almost double. then I followed the equation the sum of two times the vertical distance (Rise) and one time of the horizontal distance (Tread) should be equal to 60 cm. (2X Rise + Tread = 60 cm ).
